As Co-Artistic Directors and also artist collaborators, we were thinking about a way to engage audiences and
integrate land acknowledgements in an embodied way. They have taken a loom for wampum-renewal-making from a previous performance and now place it at the entrance to the major venues to entice interaction
with the meaning of a land acknowledgement.
